Pegasus Airlines, Turkey’s leading low-cost carrier, offers wheelchair assistance to passengers with disabilities and mobility restrictions. The airline’s wheelchair service is designed to make travel as easy and convenient as possible for these passengers.

How to Request Wheelchair Assistance

To request wheelchair assistance, passengers must call Pegasus Airlines’ customer service at least 48 hours before their flight. The customer service representative will ask the passenger to provide their name, flight number, and date of travel. The representative will also ask the passenger to describe their disability or mobility restriction.

In order to provide timely and appropriate support to our guests who need a wheelchair due to health problems, you must submit your requests when purchasing tickets or at least 48 hours before your flight time by calling our toll-free number 0 850 250 250 67 02 for calls from Turkey and 0090 850 250 67 77 for calls from other countries.

Once Pegasus Airlines receives a wheelchair assistance request, the airline will assign a wheelchair attendant to the passenger. The wheelchair attendant will meet the passenger at the airport and provide assistance throughout their journey.

Wheelchair Assistance at the Airport

Pegasus Airlines wheelchair attendants are trained to provide assistance with all aspects of airport travel, including:

Transportation from the check-in counter to the boarding gate
Assistance boarding and disembarking the aircraft
Transportation to and from the baggage claim

Wheelchair attendants are also available to assist passengers with other needs, such as using the restroom or navigating the airport.

Wheelchair Assistance on the Aircraft

Pegasus Airlines allows passengers to bring their own wheelchairs on board the aircraft free of charge. The wheelchair must be collapsible and must fit within the dimensions of the aircraft’s overhead bin.

If a passenger’s wheelchair is too large to fit in the overhead bin, Pegasus Airlines will provide a wheelchair for the passenger to use during the flight. The wheelchair will be returned to the passenger at the end of the flight.
