Do I need to formalise my lease in advance?

Yes, we recommend booking online well in advance to ensure that our equipment is fully prepared, especially during the high season periods of the holiday year (summer and holiday periods)

I want to return the Equipment I have rented before the delivery date?

The equipment you have rented is reserved for you between the specified dates. For this reason, the remaining days of hire are not refundable in early deliveries. If your deposit is your deposit, you can get a full refund.

I want to extend the duration of my hire equipment? What should I do?

When you want to extend the period of the equipment you rented, you need to contact us through the following communication channels. If there is a suitable vehicle for another customer on those dates, you can extend the period.

Which payment methods do we accept?

At Wheelchairrentalhub.com there is no online payment method. You can pay your payments at the door (TL, USD, EURO) for now.

Is there a rental deposit? How is it returned?

Yes, you must leave a deposit according to the rented product. This deposit is received in cash on delivery of the Equipment. You can pay the deposit with (TL-USD-EURO).

Can I make an online reservation?

Yes, you can book online. If you make an online reservation by clicking HERE, we will contact you within 24 hours at the latest and provide the equipment you need.

What equipment and services does Wheelchair Rental Hub provide?

Wheelchair Rental Hub offers special rental equipment for people with reduced mobility: manual and electric wheelchairs, electric mobility scooters, walkers and other safety items or technical aids.

Can I hire a wheelchair to visit another city?

For now, we only serve in Istanbul. In the near future we are in Trabzon, Izmir, Rize, Izmit and Sapanca and Bursa.

Do you deliver the equipment you rent to our address?

Yes, we deliver the equipment you rent to your address. Transport Service is a paid service. Prices may vary according to the distance.

In which centers do we have rental service?

For now, we only serve in Istanbul. In the near future we are in Trabzon, Izmir, Rize, Izmit and Sapanca and Bursa.

Do you offer any rental duration?

Yes, you can rent equipment on a daily – weekly – monthly basis.

Should I inform the hotel that I will be renting adapted mobility equipment?

Yes, it is best to communicate this. We also suggest that you ask for a room on the first floor or make sure that the hotel you have chosen has elevators, and if possible has a place where you can store and charge your equipment. Unfortunately, not all accommodation complexes are 100% accessible.

What happens if I have to cancel my reservation?

You can cancel your reservations free of charge up to 1 day before the delivery date. If you have paid, this will be refunded to you.

Who should I call if my equipment breaks?

If you have hired from us, you can contact us via our communication channels. Please note that if there is a problem caused by the user, the hirer is responsible. You can contact us 24/7 for technical problems.

Do I have to receive the equipment at the time of delivery?

If we deliver it to your residence, please make sure someone is there to receive it at the agreed time. If we deliver it to your hotel or campsite, it is not necessary for you to be present, but if you can be present it is the best option, since you will have to leave a deposit and check the condition of the equipment (If you cannot be present, we recommend that you call the hotel or campsite in advance to inform them of the delivery of the equipment)

How long do batteries last on a charge?

A full charge usually lasts a whole day, depending on the number of kilometers you drive and the speed at which you drive the equipment. It is best to charge the batteries every night with the supplied charger. (It is important to keep in mind that each equipment has a different autonomy… Depending on the equipment you rent, the duration of its batteries may vary).

What are my rental rates?

Our rental rates vary according to the destination, the duration of the rental and the pick-up/drop-off points requested. Please note that all quotes are provided in ₺ (Turkish Liras) or € (euros) or $ (US dollars).
Our prices are always all-inclusive, so you don’t need to worry about hidden fees, taxes or delivery charges.

Where do I pick up and drop off equipment?

If you do not want to pay a delivery fee, you can pick up and deliver from our Vadistanbul Branch or Ümraniye Branch.
If you are going to rent from other provinces, you can pick up and return from our supplier addresses.

Does the equipment fit in the trunk of a car?

Some of the equipment will fit, but not all… For example, there are some transportable scooters that can be disassembled and loaded into the trunk of a medium to large car (the heaviest piece can weigh up to 25 – 30 kg).
Standard scooters and powerchairs are usually not detachable and are more suitable for transportation in a minivan or SUV.

Where will I store the scooter overnight?

Rain, condensation and heat can damage the equipment’s electrical system, so it is best not to leave it outdoors. We advise you to protect it in a shed or indoors when not in use, ideally with a power source to charge it in the meantime.
